Reuben and Cuban Sandwiches

A traditional Reuben sandwich is corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing resting between 2-grilled slices of Rye bread.
Charlton’s Style Reuben’s use shaved Corned Beef Brisket and Turkey Breast, prepared by Chef Bob with no injections, our rubs are smoked and roasted in-house. Russian Dressing and Coleslaw are made by Chef Bob and we use German-style Sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
Tara Style – Unique to Charlton’s, any Reuben made with no butter on the Rye Bread.
Tony’s – A Charlton’s-style NY Reuben with our homemade meats, dressing, imported Swiss & Kraut.
Rachael – Uses Smoked Turkey Breast as meat.
Redneck – Corned Beef with Coleslaw, no Kraut.
Rebel – Smoked Turkey Breast with Coleslaw, no Kraut.
Charlton’s Style Cuban’s A “true” Cuban sandwich is yellow mustard, pickles, sliced pork, ham, and Swiss Cheese on pressed Cuban bread. The Creole Honey Mustard, Horseradish sauce, Buffalo Flying Mayo are sauces created and made by Chef Bob.
Miami Cuban – Our homage to South Florida is yellow mustard, pickles, Mojo Smoked Pork, ham, and swiss cheese.
Spicy Puerto Rican – Same as a Miami Cuban but with our Mojo Smoked Turkey and we add Buffalo Flying Mayo.
Creole Cuban – Chef Bob Original of Creole Honey Mustard, pickled Okra, Kick’n BBQ Pork, Andouille Sausage, Cheddar Cheese, and topped with our Buffalo Flying Mayo.
Rides His Horse Cuban – Created for my friend, member of the Sioux Nation, with spicy mustard, pickles, Mojo Smoked Corned Beef, Ham, Smoked Gouda, and Horseradish sauce.
